1. How can I place an order on MuzoX?
You can easily browse products on muzox.in, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment securely, and your order will be confirmed instantly.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we are not offering COD. All orders must be prepaid for smooth and fast processing.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–9 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to track your order in real time.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@muzox.in with your order details and product images. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping may be added in the future.
